VedaSpace is operated by VedaSpace, an independent teaching programme based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The programme is aligned with ISKCON Ayodhya for examinations and certification, but this website is not an official ISKCON property or a temple administration portal.
The site is designed and maintained by Webser on behalf of VedaSpace. Webser provides technical services only and does not teach classes or set spiritual policy.
2.Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or accessing this portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VedaSpace.
3.Your account obligations
- Register using accurate and current personal information.
- Your account is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials or permit another individual to submit coursework or log practice under your identity.
- You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Each user is permitted one primary account.
4.Acceptable use guidelines
While utilizing the portal and course forums, users must adhere to respectful conduct and must not:
- Harass, abuse, demean, or discriminate against other students, teachers, or staff.
- Publish unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or intentionally inflammatory content.
- Redistribute course materials, class recordings, audio files, or other students' assignments outside the portal without prior written authorization.
- Attempt unauthorized access to administrative controls, server infrastructure, or user accounts.
- Upload malicious code, automated scraping bots, or subject the portal infrastructure to unreasonable server load.
- Use the portal for unauthorized commercial solicitation or recruitment.
Scriptural studies explore deep philosophical questions. Respectful debate is welcomed; hostility and contempt are strictly prohibited.
5.Course enrolment & certification
- Enrolment grants a personal, revocable right to access course materials for educational purposes.
- Access remains active for the duration of the course plus any stated review period.
- Live class schedules may be adjusted. Reasonable advance notice will be provided for schedule modifications.
- Certificates of completion are awarded at the teacher's discretion upon meeting course requirements. Official examination and certification for affiliated courses is conducted by ISKCON Ayodhya, not by the website itself.
6.Intellectual property & copyrights
Course outlines, structured curricula, original class audio, and portal design belong to VedaSpace or its licensed contributors.
Scriptural source texts, translations, and purports reproduced herein (specifically the 1972 Macmillan edition of Bhagavad-gītā As It Is by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda) remain the intellectual property of their copyright holders and are used under fair reproduction guidelines for educational and devotional study. Public domain Sanskrit verse texts remain unencumbered.
Submissions and essays you write remain your intellectual property. By submitting work, you grant us permission to store and display it to course instructors for evaluation.
7.AI Assistant guidance
The in-portal AI assistant (Sañjaya) is designed for navigational help and practical questions about classes and the portal. It may use third-party language models (including Groq and Google Gemini when configured). It is automated software, not a guru or teacher, and can be wrong. Do not enter confidential personal data into the chat interface.
8.Account suspension & termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or engage in harmful conduct. Where feasible, notice and an opportunity to respond will be provided.

9.Limitation of liability
The portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VedaSpace disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.
