Practices discussed here — fasting, early rising, dietary regulation, extended chanting or meditation — affect the body. If you are pregnant, managing a health condition, taking medication, or have a history of disordered eating, consult a qualified professional before adopting them, and adapt them to your circumstances. Sadhana is meant to be sustainable.

Progress in spiritual life is not uniform, not linear, and not measurable by the charts in this portal. Tracking exists to help you notice your own patterns and to let your teacher support you — not to rank students or to serve as a verdict on anyone’s sincerity.
No outcome is promised. Completing a course certifies participation, not attainment.
